Bihar election 2020: Polling underway in 78 seats of the third phase 

Polling for the third and final phase of the Bihar assembly is underway and the latest voting turnout percentage stands at 42.42 per cent. In the third phase, 78 constituencies spread across 15 districts are up for grabs.
